When everything goes wrong, or in a chaotic fashion outside, it feels good to come back home.

What if you decided to create your home into a happy place that makes you feel good?

Your shelter to restore and maintain the foundation to accept change and even to expand.

By home, I mean your personal Universe, your material house, of course, but mainly your spirit, your Soul and your field of energy.

You know that everything is about energy on this planet.

Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions generate energies that create our next reality because our world works by repetition (Quantum Physics).

Self-regulating is key to maintain a good vibration and live on a stream of high frequency and create happiness.

Tips and Tricks to Create Happiness

1.Taking responsibility for your energy

Letting go of control regarding external events, but definitively deciding to keep a steady hand regarding your way to respond by choosing to stay in a place of feeling good, no matter what.


2-Integrating that happiness is a choice

Focus on the bright, positive side of anything instead of complaining and nurturing negativity.

It is like a muscle; we all can practice with willpower and work out.


3-Setting up a routine to build and maintain good energy

-Meditation at wake up when your brain is still naturally in a theta state, that wave accessing your subconscious mind and allowing you to download the message you want to run effortlessly.

-Physical exercise to produce the right chemistry having you feeling good, and to keep a healthy body with a sound immune system, practicing outdoor is best for the connection with Nature.

-Natural nourishing food, bio is best.

Forget about all processed food, you will take care of the environment by reducing the packaging, and your body will be grateful.

Food has vibrations and frequencies; you become what you eat, so better to be very attentive to what you ingest.


4-Manage your relationship with the digital environment

-Cut your wifi at night, switch off your phone

-unsubscribe to notifications and decide when you want to open your apps

-We know that social media are addictive, observe your behaviour and choose not to be under the control of your phone


5-Choose your environment

-We become like the five people we see most, be selective regarding people surrounding you.

If you feel that your balance is fragile, do not hesitate to postpone, limit or eliminate the time you give to people that you know will drag you down or raise fear within yourself.

It is not selfish; it is caring for your own health and sanity.

You need to be vital to help others, and if you are not, it is time to start learning about

self-love and having yourself first.

-Manage your relationship with the media and where you get your information. Always analyze with discernment objectivity in order not to be manipulated by fear.


6-Make your house your sanctuary

Create that physical cocoon where you love to relax and restore.

-Feng Shui the place by removing the clutter, having the energy circulating everywhere

-Invest in house plants like aloe vera or snake plants absorbing negative energies

-Create your sacred place with crystals, candles, incense, feather, oracle cards and any divinities resonating with your spirituality

-Listen to solfeggio frequencies, mantras or any high frequencies music

-Avoid digital equipment’s, tv, mirrors, books in your bedroom (Feng Shui basics)


7-LIVE THE NOW

The most important advice, get back to the now, the only moment that exists.
