I’m in South Africa for the first time.

As a global advisor to cohesive communities and those seeking a greater connection with nature, living sustainably, and harmonizing with Mother Earth, I’m always exploring what it means to be conscious. On my quest, I meet a range of unique and authentic individuals who are also seeking to live in balance with their beliefs or creatively redefine what we consciously value.

Today, I had the pleasure of a conversation with Meikushi at the Ensō shop in Fisherman’s World, Mainstream, Hout Bay. He and his wife, Maya, run a conscious clothing business called Puresolid13. I purchased a durable blue/grey pinafore that can be dressed up or down for each season with glamping boots or elegant shoes.
