You write your own story, trust in the journey, the ebbs and flows and let the different chapters unfold.

I have been blessed to have lived a diverse and adventurous life, travelling and living worldwide, leading to my current life in Bali. I strongly believe in living with a passionate heart, an open mind, and an authenticity rooted in one’s own sense of self. I am highly driven to positively impact this earth by being the best version of myself. Through movement, conscious living, and the pursuit of personal challenge, I seek to be a part of positive change. This has been fundamental in helping me access my true self, my power and energy from within!

For me, life is change, and change is life, and one of my key purposes in life is to be part of positive, conscious change. I believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and this deep-rooted belief in holistic wellbeing (mind, body, soul) has shaped my entire life.

This expanded and increased awareness and consciousness has impacted my life choices and cultivated my own learning, passions and dreams. Since as far back as I can remember, I have been passionate about holistic well being, movement and helping others. It has shaped my entire life. At an early age, I was sent to boarding school, where I quickly adapted to being independent and self-sufficient.

I channeled my energy into competitive sports and performing arts. Despite being plagued with injury, I used my enthusiasm for holistic health and my calling to help myself by drawing upon both eastern and western medicine to help me embrace physical and emotional challenges with new ways of thinking and being. In the darkness, I saw the light. I became inspired by alternative approaches to life philosophies, leading me to study anthropology and psychology whilst also pursuing an array of sports involving conscious movement, everything from kickboxing to yoga!

Go with the ‘flow’ of life, ride the waves with trust and grace

With this innate desire to understand and help more, and my wild zest for life, my work and private life have taken me to different places around the world, including chapters in the Middle East, where I met my husband in Pakistan, where I stayed for five years working with humanitarian issues focusing on Child Labour and Women Empowerment Programs. During this time, I had the opportunity to really feel deep compassion and empathy for those less fortunate than ourselves.

My heart was wide open, and I could be a part of real change. I moved to a remote island in Sweden from one extreme to another, where I established a life coaching business and had my first child, Teddy. In pursuit of finding ‘home’ and a conscious organic, simple lifestyle, we sold up and set sail around the world. Life at sea, a constantly changing environment, impacted my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined.

It was a time filled with ‘real life’ and death experiences, including the birth of my daughter Poppy Storm in Panama, a loss of a third child in Mexico, and simply living and understanding what it takes to live consciously and sustainably in the delicate balance of nature, with a young family.

Six years later, the four of us embarked upon another adventure, finding home here in Bali. With my burning desire to follow my passions and dreams in 2015, I found triathlon and my childhood dream to compete as an international elite endurance athlete became real.

Competing and winning in triathlons all over Asia and most recently qualifying for Ironman 70.3 World Champs and Beyond the Ultimate Ultra Challenge in Kenya. I soon realised that a large part of this drive and motivation to compete, stretch my limits and live consciously was, and is about living true to myself, who I am, what I can share with others and how I can make a positive contribution to the community and the earth.

Happiness is a roller coaster ride because of life and the challenges that are given to us. We all given our passions and purposes; somewhere, we have to find them and live true to those. And then we can be the best version of ourselves.

A few years ago, I became an ambassador for “Bali Hope”,which work closely with an award-winning charity, “Bali Children’s Foundation”, and more recently, an ambassador for “Breathe”, a charity working for ocean conservation and protection.

With the current situation globally having a significant impact on Bali’s local community, I have felt a calling to use all this training and passion for helping others by giving back. In July 2020,I took on a 12km Solo Ocean Swim, and in November, an Ultra Triathlon covering over 260km to support “Bali Hope”on their mission to making a difference to those in need.

I am currently preparing for another solo challenge!

My pull towards personal growth and healing has also propelled me to combine my passion for dance with conscious movement and healing. It makes me happy and grateful to witness how my choices have impacted other people in helping, inspiring and energizing them to connect deeply with themselves. My life experiences have shaped me to become a wiser, stronger and more mindful athlete and woman.

I have expanded and increased my awareness and consciousness from where I want to live to how I want to live. This has helped guide me in my life choices and to become the person I am today”.
