Be Happy!
The idea that happiness is something that you can choose to chase after or not is very empowering because it means that we have a choice and we aren’t victims of circumstance. It’s important to remember how quickly life can change. It’s possible for any of us to have a perfect day or an awful day, and it’s important not to let those days define us. If you find yourself having trouble being happy, take a moment and think about what makes you happy and remind yourself of that.
The first step towards happiness is being proactive and doing something about your situation.
Happiness is something that we all crave, but it’s so easy to get caught up in the things around you. Studies show that being happy can lead to many benefits, including a longer life, improved mental health, and even improved relationships.
When we’re happier, it’s easier to take on challenges and go after what we want in life.
Happiness is a state of mind. It is not something that happens to us; it’s a way to live every day, that’s why it is worth fighting for! Be happy
You can make yourself happy by doing the following:
-Reminding yourself of the good things that are happening in your life
-Taking time for yourself
-Spending more quality time with family and friends
-Listening to your favourite music
-Smiling (even if you don’t feel like it)
Do you know: Laughing 5 times a day keeps the doctor away ????
Laughter is one of the best medicines. It’s been used for centuries to heal people and society.
A smile can be contagious, and even those not feeling the best will eventually crack one. When people see someone smile, they have the tendency to smile back.
However, not everyone is always in the mood to smile. Some people might be dealing with a complicated relationship or a family issue, or the current time that is weighing them down.
Do you know that when you smile, the chemical oxytocin is released for a happier mood?
Some studies show that smiling can improve your health and mood. It can also make you more approachable and confident, or attractive to others.
Laughing for 10 minutes a day is equivalent to riding an exercise bike or going for a jog for 40 minutes.
For the best health benefits, try to do it out loud!
And a kindly reminder:
“A smile is the universal language of kindness. „ be happy
